Our customer is the property manager of an apartment complex and requested that we upsize his 6 Gallon Boiler side arm with an 8 Gallon Boiler side arm in hopes to be able to provide more consistent heating for his tenants. His tenants were complaining to him about their heater being sporadic, sometimes their heaters worked great while other times that was not the case. Our plumbing experts removed the existing 6 gallon side arm and installed new 8 gallon side arm. As soon as the side arm had been replaced and upsized, before cleanup even began, one of the apartment tenants came out ecstatic about how much more hot water pressure they had when using the hot water. In addition there were a few upgrades that were necessary to making sure that the hot water flow stayed consistent and strong. We installed a new fill valve, a new low pressure fill valve with a quick fill lever onto the boiler system. We also installed new mixing valves and temperature and pressure relief valves to two separate systems. Even though Easy Breezy Plumbing was called to just fix the heater, we also were able to correct the domestic hot water pressure for these complexes and now their heat and domestic hot water is flowing excellently and all their heat issues are in the past, Easy Breezy.
