Our customer like a lot of others had a problem with her hose bib leaking from the hose bib. Her hose bib kept turning and turning and not completely shutting off. After further diagnosis, there was also a freeze and break in the water line that was coming from the house to the hose bib. Our plumbing pros completely replaced her hose bib so she now has no issues with the turning, dripping, or leaking that would have happened if she did not get her hose bib replaced as quickly in the season as she did.
