Our customer called us because they were have a severe water hammering issue. Each time they turned their sprinkler system on and after they remodeled their bathroom upstairs they had a horrid water hammering issue. When our plumbing pros arrived we looked at potential options and after attaching a water pressure gauge to their outdoor hose bib and seeing the numbers jump from 80 PSI to 40 PSI we knew their pressure reducing valve was shot. Even though it was placed in a VERY tight space behind the water heater we were able to maneuver around the water heater instead of completely draining it. After the pressure reducing valve was replaced the terrible water hammering stopped and our customers water pressure has been consistently great. Easy BreeZy!
