Replacement of Wall Mounted Commercial Building Toilet and Flush Valve

Replacement of Wall Mounted Commercial Building Toilet and Flush Valve

The customer called for a plumbing repair needed for a leaky toilet at her commercial building. Upon arriving at the small commercial building in Fort Lupton, we were met with a common yet crucial issue in the bathroom: a corroded flush valve and a cracked toilet. These issues not only affected the functionality of the toilet but also posed potential hazards if left unattended along with water damage and costly repairs. After careful inspection and consideration, we decided to not only address the immediate concerns but also take the opportunity to replace this toilet with a similar toilet to match the aesthetic of the rest of the building. We removed and installed an American Standard wall-mounted (with a carrier) elongated comfort height toilet, which not only solved the existing problem of the toilet being cracked but also offered additional benefits such as warranties. We also removed the corroded flush valve. Once cleared, we prepared the installation area, ensuring it was clean and ready for the new fixture. The installation of the wall-mounted toilet was surprisingly straightforward, thanks to its innovative design and our expertise in plumbing. We mounted the bracket securely to the wall, assembled the toilet components according to the manufacturer's instructions, and carefully positioned the toilet bowl onto the bracket. With precision and attention to detail, we completed the installation, including attaching the toilet seat and ensuring all connections were secure. What was once a dated and dysfunctional bathroom now boasting a modern and efficient fixture that elevated the space both aesthetically and functionally. The wall-mounted elongated comfort height toilet not only addressed the initial issues but also provides comfort and convenience for users. With the installation of a wall-mounted elongated comfort height toilet, we not only resolved existing issues but also improved the overall quality and functionality of the space. Easy breezy plumbing, indeed!
