Our plumbing experts removed a 50 gallon natural gas Water Heater. Then installed a brand new Tankless Water Heater we vented to outdoors. The condensate water that the condensing tankless water heaters produce is very acidic. Also, we installed a condensate neutralizer to ensure cast-iron drains will not be corroded by the acid. The customer chose a type of Tankless that does not have a buffer tank meaning the water has a slight delay in reaching a hot temperature at the fixture. By installing a comfort tee at the furthest fixture from the water heater and a Grundfos comfort recirculation pump we were able to set a digital timer accordingly so whenever our customer decides to run his hot water he has hot water without the delay.
