We got contacted by Lion Heart Handyman with regards to a remodel / basement refinish. When we got there, the plumber prior had started working on the plumbing but per code each p-trap had to be above the floor which oddly enough that plumber was either unaware of or disregarded. We went ahead and raised the p-traps above the floor. For a brand new wet bar we ran the water corrected/created proper drainage for the new sink, dishwasher, and ice maker.
This customer also had a water hammering issue that we were able to accredit to the faulty pressure reducing valve they had. Once we replaced their pressure reducing valve the water hammering stopped and the pressure reads / stays consistently around 70 PSI which is perfect because if you do not have enough PSI then you lose water pressure and if you had too much then you can damage your complete plumbing system.
Now Lion Heart Handyman has a customer with a brand new fully functional wet bar and no water hammering / water pressure issues. Easy BreeZy!
